Dr. Wendy Wright

Wendy Wright is a faculty member of the Graduate Program in Spirituality at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska.  She received her doctorate in contemplative studies from the University of California at Santa Barbara and has taught there, at the Weston School of Theology and the University of Nebraska at Omaha in the fields of history of Christian spirituality, history of religions and family spirituality.  Among her publications are Francis de Sales and Jane de Chantal: Letters of Spiritual Direction and Bonds of Perfection: Jeanne de Chantal and Francios de Sales.

Rev. Thomas R. Albin

Thomas Albin is an ordained United Methodist minister who has served as Assistant Professor of Christian Formation at the University of Dubuque Theological Seminary.  His studies specialize in early Methodist spirituality and he has authored several articles on the subject.

The Nebraska Five Day Academy for Spiritual Formation is sponsored by the Board of Laity and Discipleship of the Nebraska United Methodist Annual Conference under the authority of The Upper Room.
