Rev. Ron DelBene

With his wife, Dr. Eleanor McKenzie DelBene, Ron directs The Hermitage, a non-profit corporation devoted to providing spiritual growth and direction.  He is an Episcopal priest and is active in ministry with the sick and the dying and is involved in working for peace and justice.  Ron is the author of several books including Alone With God: A Guide for Personal Retreats, books on breath prayer and has offered spiritual direction and conducted programs on spirituality and counseling since 1963.

Rev. Flora Slosson Wuellner

Flora Slosson Wuellner is a United Church of Christ minister, retreat leader, and Adjunct Faculty member of the Pacific School of Religion, Berkeley, CA.  After some years in the pastorate, she moved into a specialized ministry of spiritual renewal which involves teaching, retreat leadership, conference lecturing, counseling and writing.  She has written several books including: Prayer and our Bodies; Prayer, Fear and Our Powers, and Prayer, Stress and Our Inner Wounds.

The Nebraska Five Day Academy for Spiritual Formation is sponsored by the Board of Laity and Discipleship of the Nebraska United Methodist Annual Conference under the authority of The Upper Room.
