experiments in prayer and meditationJoann's presentations will invite us to enrich our storehouse of prayer and ritual for ministry. By opening ourselves to the rich treasures of our Christian heritage we will explore predominant themes, prayer styles, and inspiration for our own spiritual quest. Each session will include “spiritual exercises” designed to tap the wisdom of the tradition and promote holistic well-being. Befriending our bodies enhances quality of life and affirms what St. Irenaeus said in the 3rd century: “The glory of God is a person fully alive!”Joann Heinritz, CSJ |
